Unified EOC Geoservice account available

All datasets available for download at the "EOC Geoservice" are now accessible using a unified Geoservice Account (click here for self-registration). The option of adding additional permissions to EOWEB users profiles prior in place has therefore been removed from EGP.

DLR Mail-Gateway Adjustment

We inform our users about a DLR Mail-Gateway adjustment active starting 21.01.2025: Mails from senders not employing SMTP with TLS technology will no longer be delivered to our internal mail servers. This should not affect the outermost standard mail clients, as they support this protocols. Should you attempt to contact one of our functional mails and not get a reply within a week, please consider to resend your question using our ?web-mail interface? . Thank you for your understanding.

EnMAP reprocessed data with improved co-registration and geometric accuracy available in EOWEB GeoPortal

Reprocessed data with significantly improved co-registration and geometric accuracy are currently being added to the EnMAP data archive. For best performance, it is recommended to use the latest product version if more than one version of the product exists. Users are proposed to check the parameter "archivedVersion" during EOWEB GeoPortal search. A version number equal or higher than 01.03.00 identifies a re-processed product (in case an older version exists) or a newly created product.

EnMAP L0 Collections searchable in EOWEB GeoPortal

The EnMAP L0 data collections hosted at DLR have been made searchable for self-registered and guest-users within EOWEB GeoPortal (EGP). For information on how to order EnMAP data, please refer to the links provided on the EGP FAQ page, bullet "d) Data collections related to quotas and a specific scientific proposal process" .

DLR RESA archive opened

The DLR RapidEye Science Archive (RESA) with actually about 60.000 high-resolution optical satellite scenes from the RapidEye, PlanetScope and Skysat missions, dating from 2009 until now, has gone operational. The access to the RESA-archive is free of charge and can be requested via the EOWEB GeoPortal (EGP) Permission Management service. To gain access to the archive, the research topic must be briefly described and the organization must be stated. The once-off account activation for the whole archive can then follow within a few days.

New "Permission Management" service within the D-SDA user self-management released

The new D-SDA Permission Management allows users to add or remove access privileges to specific datasets and services by agreeing to the respective license conditions. The first candidate to this new Single-Sign-On (SSO) service is the TSX supersites data collection offered within the EOC Download Service portfolio. Further datasets will follow soon...
