General Order Information

The following general rules apply to ordering products via EOWEB® GeoPortal (EGP)

Note

With submission of an order via EOWEB® you accept the license agreements.

Note

Please note that the default “Order Name” is your account name. It is recommended to add a further specification to this name, but the characters to be used are restricted to the following range: A-Z, a-z, 0-9, -, _,&nbsp/ Other characters lead to an error situation which might stop the order processing.

Note

The contents of an order cannot be changed after order submission.

Note

Orders cannot be cancelled via EOWEB®. If you want to cancel an order, send an email to DFD-Orderdesk@dlr.de. The cancelling of future orders is accepted until 3 days before the acquisition time window opens.

Note

The Order Desk cannot change parameters of submitted orders. If your order needs a change, you have to request the order to be cancelled and resubmit the order.

Order Status

Order status and detailed status information are available at the order level and at the order item level. The following tables list all possible combinations.
